Introduction:
Pinnacle Fitness International provides coaching, education, and advisory services, including access to digital resources and scheduled sessions.
Because of the nature of these services, refunds are limited and are assessed in accordance with the following principles:
1. Change of Mind
Refunds are not generally provided for change of mind after purchase.
2. Before Service Commencement
If a client requests cancellation before any services have been delivered and before access has been provided to any digital materials, Pinnacle Fitness International may, at its discretion, offer a refund less any reasonable administrative costs.
3. After Service Commencement
Once coaching has commenced, sessions have been delivered, or digital materials have been accessed, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with full details of the purchase and the reason for the request.
